Function Description


  • This equipment is mainly used for automatic vacuum packaging of flexible packaging lithium ion battery. Its functions include: Automatic feeding tray (vehicle loading, material box integration, joint logistics line material, the cartridge box feeding, etc according to the need to select a scan code a NG sorting before finishing a battery into the cavity side sealing side a puncture suction vacuum encapsulation everything except the air pocket a secondary fine sealing side voltage test (according to customer requirements on folding after testing) ten percent at one essence cut on the left the right side (single Fold edge or double fold edge according to need to choose) or butt three fold edge dispensing (according to need to choose) a hot shape a cell thickness test (according to need to choose) a sweep code a weighing →NG sorting an automatic collection (tray vehicle feeding, strip feeding, clip receiving, blistering tray, etc., according to need to choose).   • Automated tray feeding adaptable to various methods (vehicle loading, material box integration, or integration with logistics lines), with options for pre-packaging scan, NG (Not Good) sorting, and battery alignment into cavities.

  • Sequential execution of side sealing, piercing for vacuum suction, air pocket evacuation, secondary fine sealing, voltage testing (with optional post-fold testing), and precision cutting on left and right edges (selectable between single or double fold).

  • Optional three-fold edge gluing and hot shaping, along with cell thickness testing and final scan, weighing, and NG sorting before automatic collection, adaptable to tray vehicle feeding, strip feeding, or other custom mechanisms.
