Flexible integration with the cell's incoming material mode is guaranteed, accommodating belt pulling, material frame, and front section configurations prior to welding.

Incoming materials can be seamlessly configured for hot pressure testing and automatic elimination of defective cells.
Each critical procedure can utilize mechanical or CCD positioning modes for precise cell alignment.
Pre-welding configurations can incorporate sheet or roll materials with automatic length cutting and protective sheet welding.
The pre-welding and final welding processes feature cathode and anode electrode identification and specialized dust removal capabilities.
Ultrasonic welding ensures a robust bond without virtual welding, vibration powder, or damage to the separator. It avoids heating insulation glue and negates the need to *** foil.
CCD technology can be configured to detect the precise positioning of electrode tabs.
The system can be customized to accommodate various welding and taping methods, including flat, L-type, and Z-type taping, according to customer specifications.
All accessories support non-stop material changes, ensuring continuous operation.
Post-welding, the charging mode of the cell features flexible integration options, including belt pulling, feeding frames, and back section feeding configurations.
The control system boasts flexibility, equipped with automatic diagnosis and repair functions.

During production, data for each process step is seamlessly integrated with the MES system, ensuring flawless operations.
