  • Aluminum-Plastic Film Unwinding:

    Begins with the seamless unwinding of aluminum-plastic composite film, setting the stage for a consistent and reliable packaging process.



  • Dust Removal:

    Integrated dust extraction systems meticulously remove any particulate matter, ensuring a clean environment for battery encapsulation.



  • Slitting & Punching Pocket:

    Precise slitting operations are followed by the creation of pockets through punching, tailored to the exact dimensions of the batteries.



  • Cutting & Rotary Table Integration:

    The film is precisely cut and then guided onto a rotary table, optimizing the workflow for subsequent folding operations.



  • Folding, Top Edge Cutting, & Pocket Formation:

    The film is folded in half, with the top edge neatly trimmed, preparing precise pockets for battery insertion.



  • Automatic Cell Feeding & CCD Detection:
